 No, probably not. I don't think there are any bundles (e.g. the Vidalia
 Relay bundle) that include pluggable transports. Unlike obfsproxy, the
 server program (websocket-server) is different than the client
 (flashproxy-client), so websocket-server won't be in a browser bundle,
 either.
