 I am sorry you are experiencing crashes.  Most likely, you are
 encountering the issue that is being tracked in #13443.

 We create the "Start Tor Browser" shortcut to make it easy for people to
 start the browser (this replaces the Start Tor Browser.exe program that
 was part of older Tor Browser releases.  Why do you think that creating
 this shortcut is wrong?
