 I can also reproduce this issue.

 The current workaround is going to about:config and changing
 media.directshow.enabled to false as said here:
 https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1088848

 Thanks to gk for sharing the link in comment 40.

 This is a very annoying bug and it should be either fixed or have the
 above workaround applied.
