I've just been talking to the https everywhere folks, and they think Tor
Browser includes the version of https-everywhere from addons.m.o, not the
version that EFF provides directly. This means that if EFF pushes out a
security update, it takes many days before Tor Browser users will get it.

Does that mean we should use the EFF version directly?
