 I figured out that this was due to me running dnsmasq which sets
 resolv.conf to 127.0.0.1 so when the container mounts
 After seeing:
  {
  "type": "bind",
  "source": "/etc/resolv.conf",
  "destination": "/etc/resolv.conf",
  "options": [
  "rbind",
  "ro"
  ]
  },

 It wouldn't work.
 Solution: put resonable values in resolv.conf and disable dnsmasq.
