 Chutney lists the circuits that it's building, but it doesn't say which
 ones have succeeded, and which ones have failed.

 Let's log (some of) the following events for each circuit:
 * circuit open / connect or fail to connect
 * first data sent or fail to send
 * first data received or fail to verify
 * each 10%? of data, or each second, or something?
 * last data sent
 * last data received
