 Here's the hack which Privacy International use for redirection, setting
 up a cronjob to reliably fetch a list of exit nodes every 6 hours, and
 populating a "geo" database for NGINX to query.

 This may sound trivial to the average Tor/Privacy engineer, but is
 significant hassle and cognitive load for owners of smaller sites; a
 simple regexp check against User-Agent would be far, far cheaper.
