 With the update to Tor Browser 9 a user on our blog
 [https://blog.torproject.org/comment/285128#comment-285128 reported] that
 the browser is not starting anymore on their Samsung S2 device (running
 Android 4.1.2). It just sits there after tapping the connect button.
