 A bridge should not specify the âMyFamilyâ option.  A public relay should
 specify a âfamilyâ if and only if the person who launched the instance can
 administer it and other relays; if the person who launched a âTor cloudâ
 server cannot log in to it, there is no reason to specify a âfamilyâ.
