Because of the way TorBirdy is now packaged, there should be no difference
in the Linux and Windows (#8909) installation, except very minor details
which we cannot go into. Even for the TorBirdy + Tor bundle, the
abstraction is such that the user is completely oblivious to thee platform
differences and so a separate documentation for this does not make much
sense.
If tagnaq or someone else would like to contribute to steps like
installing the Tor daemon, awesome.
