Comment:

 There is really no way to know if an IP is dynamic until it changes. At
 which point, BridgeDB has already given the Bridge's old IP address to
 clients. By design, BridgeDB has no way of knowing who these client were,
 and so BridgeDB cannot tell them about the new address (meaning that their
 Bridge is now no longer working and they need to get a new Bridge). For
 these reasons, Bridges on dynamic IP addresses are a bad idea.

 And, yes, flashproxy still works.
