 Hi trodun, please see [https://www.torproject.org/docs/tor-
 manual.html.en#SOCKSPort SOCKSPort] and
 [https://gitweb.torproject.org/torspec.git/tree/proposals/171-separate-
 streams.txt proposal 171] which added stream isolation. You're not
 providing any stream isolation flags with your SocksPort configuration.

 I'm not terribly familiar with stream isolation but it doesn't really
 involve Stem (we just pass along the event attributes).
