#17194: syslog identity tag

 When logging to syslog, tor currently sets "Tor" as the logging identity.

 When running multiple instances, this can become confusing quickly.
 OpenVPN by default tags its log lines like this:

 {{{
 Sep 30 17:19:29 defiant daemon.notice ovpn-noreply2-buran[4801]: Control
 Channel: TLSv1, cipher TLSv1/SSLv3 DHE-RSA-AES256-SHA, 3072 bit RSA
 Sep 30 17:19:12 defiant daemon.notice ovpn-noreply2-axon[4812]: Control
 Channel: TLSv1, cipher TLSv1/SSLv3 DHE-RSA-AES256-SHA, 3072 bit RSA
 Sep 30 17:19:59 defiant daemon.notice ovpn-noreply2-intrepid[4800]:
 Control Channel: TLSv1, cipher TLSv1/SSLv3 DHE-RSA-AES256-SHA, 3072 bit
 RSA
 ...
 }}}

 I propose that Tor add an option to similarly tag log entries.
