 `.mozconfig-android` currently contains `mk_add_options
 MOZILLA_OFFICIAL=1`, but this doesn't enable all needed "MOZILLA_OFFICIAL"
 build-time options. Adding `export MOZILLA_OFFICIAL=1` seems like it
 accomplishes this.
