 **Steps to reproduce:**

 Visit https://support.torproject.org/, pick a language from the menu on
 the right. Or, just visit a language other than English directly, like
 https://support.torproject.org/de/. Then click on any of the topics on the
 left.

 **Actual Result:**

 The support portal language resets to English.

 **Expected Result:**

 The support portal language should respect the selected language and
 should not reset to English.
