 Good to know. I'd be interested in learning the actual statistics.

 My overall point is more that Linux users may not suffer as much as OSX
 users from using a spoofed user agent. This is partially due to the fact
 that most websites lack special handling for Linux user agents and only
 recognize Windows, OSX, and a few mobile agents. Linux user agents are
 typically unknown and the site falls back to Windows behavior. In
 addition, Linux users are far more used to websites that do not support
 them. In fact, there are a number of websites that actually refuse to
 offer full functionality to non-Windows user agents, which is at least one
 benefit of keeping user agent spoofing on that platform.
