    Fix old Tests.py; networkstatus.parseALine returns a string.
    
     * CHANGE test_regressionsNewCode_IPBridgeDistTests_testDistWithFilterIP4()
       and test_regressionsNewCode_IPBridgeDistTests_testDistWithFilterIP6() to
       convert the string returned from networkstatus.parseALine into an
       ipaddr.IPAddress.
