[tor-commits] [tor/master] hs: Remove private keys from hs_desc_plaintext_data_t.

commit 19cf074f4d8e209af35c1829626738b3b924cb65
Author: J. Ryan Stinnett <jryans@xxxxxxxxx>
Date: Sun Dec 4 20:30:26 2016 -0600

hs: Remove private keys from hs_desc_plaintext_data_t.

Since both the client and service will use that data structure to store the
descriptor decoded data, only the public keys are common to both.

    Fixes #20572.
