[tor-commits] [stem/master] Reader's targets weren't expanded to be an absolute path

commit c2308b5db19285ddf90d6c64d1bccbcd3c9184f3
Author: Damian Johnson <atagar@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx>
Date: Sat Jan 3 14:36:17 2015 -0800

Reader's targets weren't expanded to be an absolute path

Not an issue with the python2/3 unification. Just an error I spotted while code
reviewing this: we didn't preserve the aboslute paths to self._targets, so that
line of code was a no-op.
