[tor-commits] [stem/master] Tor executable shouldn't be needed for unit tests

commit e09e6b00a4b603db6342d27a11e3073acf8c74c6
Author: Damian Johnson <atagar@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx>
Date: Wed Jun 13 08:46:21 2012 -0700

Tor executable shouldn't be needed for unit tests

We only need a tor variable when running the integ tests. Dropping the check
that it exists in our path if we're just running the unit tests.
