    Fix bug in b.s.ScheduledInterval.intervalStart().
    
     * FIXES a bug exposed by the test committed in 9edb6956.
     * CHANGES b.s.ScheduledInterval.intervalStart() to convert any
       timestamps which are passd into it to integers.
