    config: Remove {Control,DNS,Dir,Socks,Trans,NATD,OR}ListenAddress option
    
    Deprecated in 0.2.9.2-alpha, this commits changes it as OBSOLETE() and cleans
    up the code associated with it.
    
    Partially fixes #22060
