[tor-commits] [onionperf/master] Make installation instructions work with Python 3.

commit 0f43d7904c1690561667d7833f42e00b3f367647
Author: Philipp Winter <phw@xxxxxxxxx>

Make installation instructions work with Python 3.

For the most part, this is as simple as adding a "3" to all occurrences
of "python" with the single exception of revising how one creates a
    virtual environment in Python 3.
