descriptor published, but router missing from consensus

I started tor in relay mode early this a.m. It finished uploading its
startup descriptor (MYCROFTsOtherChild) at Apr 09 02:37:10.166 (CDT) and
its speed update descriptor at Apr 09 02:57:30.830 (also CDT). However, it
is now after 7 a.m. CDT, and my relay has still not been listed in the
consensus documents. This is the first time I can remember such a thing
happening to my node.
Now, there have been a few changes since the last time I ran tor as
a relay (last weekend). One is that I changed three lines in torrc: ORPort,
RelayBandwidthRate, and RelayBandwidthBurst. Another is that I changed the
packet filter's configuration to accommodate the change of ORPort. A third
change is that I've changed a list of addresses blocked by the packet filter
to block 85.176.128.0/17 due to a ridiculously long (and growing) list of
addresses and address ranges falling within that chunk of address space that
had been making illicit TCP connection attempts (i.e., attempts to connect
to ports I've never left open). I had previously added an automatically
(twice hourly) updated pass list of IP addresses on that network that are
listed in the tor consensus documents, so the switch to blocking the upper
half of the 85.176 network's address space as a single, broad comparison
rather than scads of individual address/subnet address comparisons should
have little/no effect upon the tor nodes that have addresses in that range.
The fourth change relevant to tor operations is that openssl on my system
(FreeBSD 7.3-STABLE) has been upgraded to openssl-1.0.0, and tor-0.2.2.7-alpha
has been rebuilt since the last openssl update was built.
tor's client operations seem to be working just fine. If anyone has
any ideas why my node still isn't being listed in the consensus documents,
please clue me in. Perhaps the authority operators can see something odd
in their log files that would explain it.
     Thanks in advance!
