Working: yes, stable: maybe, easily obtainable: i don't know.

Subgraph OS ships with a firewall that works pretty similar to Little
Snitch. The OS is based on Debian, so the portability of the firewall
application should be pretty high in theory, but maybe there is not
enough contribution-power, yet, to make that happen.

I can highly recommend to check it out anyway, and the fact that
Subgraph only allows internet-traffic to go over Tor makes it a bit more
on-topic (-;
