Right, Lefkada's been down for nearly a week. Its owner is working
on that. Good thing we have other directory authorities. :)

You are a little bit confused. Tor 0.2.0.x uses the new v3 directory
system, which means it looks at ~/.tor/cached-consensus. The
~/.tor/cached-status/ directory is just for mirroring v2 networkstatus
documents to the Tor users that are running 0.1.2.x.
