Please excuse my naive question:

wouldn't *requiring a dual-stack OS* (hence excluding those IPv6-only
hosts' hurdles) speed things up ?
I mean: there are a lot more people out there eager to jump on to
IPv6 (either via tunnelling or natively, for the lucky few) than
"next-gen only" operators. Dealing with these /later/ might be
acceptable.
