I don't think so. My bridge get similarly low usage (the
vidalia-configured just as the hand-setup one), and given the way bridge
addresses may be handed out, and that you explicitly need to configure
them, that is not surprising.

Feb 22 17:06:31.000 [notice] Heartbeat: Tor's uptime is 5 days 6:00 hours,
with 13 circuits open. I've sent 131.98 MB and received 194.90 MB.

Although it was picking up some traffic (the traffic shape looked like
a download) last night:

Feb 22 23:06:31.000 [notice] Heartbeat: Tor's uptime is 5 days 11:47
hours, with 10 circuits open. I've sent 265.16 MB and received 331.19 MB.

and after that back to normal low traffic.

If anybody in the operational know reads this: What good is it to run
a bridge that changes its address every day, in view of the way bridge
addresses are distributed?
