Presumably they are
.onion webmail providers? Are they public? Can anyone use them?
They are mail servers running behind onion services. Not necessarily "web".
Thank you for this explanation. Is there any reason why one would want to use "OnionMail" rather than, say, http://sigaintevyh2rzvw.onion/ or http://lelantoss7bcnwbv.onion/
