This looks very cool. Can anybody with some experience go into how exactly this works? Based on the site, it doesn't look like running it over tor would add any extra security.

That allows Tor to do anonymous Filesharing without any Bandwidth for the system.
Offsystem is a kind of uncensorable Online Storage Hard Disk.
