You can't browse local lan via Tor. You could edit
C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc\hosts file and add following line (I'm
assuming that you are using Windows):
Replace 184.108.40.206 with twiki's internal ip address.
Then you must configure Firefox not to use proxy on local addresses:
Tools - Options - General - Connection Settings and put following line
to No proxy for: localhost, 127.0.0.1, 220.127.116.11
where 18.104.22.168 is twiki's local ip.
