I guess you do. A censor can just block all the exit nodes (the Tor
network has hardly 1000 exits). It is not going to help you. It's worth
to separate bridges and exits so you will be able to replace bridges
(which have much lower half-life than exits).
In principle, a bridge should not publish its IP address even if it is an exit node. I don't know if this is implemented.
