It is quite the effort to solve the macro-level problems when the 
development process is fragmented into micro-level tickets, and when the 
development schedule is driven by others, e.g., funding sources, 
Mozilla, adversaries, human resource, and so on.

Ownership is defined by control, users have the least amount of 'ability 
to control'.

By this definition, "player has been pwned".

Especially when you consider:
