I think the answer for this is the âAdBlock plus modelâ:

If HTTPS Everywhere users were able to subscribe to external feeds,
interested people could curate a ruleset of plain â .onion redirects.
They could decide on their own policy and Tor Browser users would be
free to subscribe to it if they trust the owners.
