[tor-talk] Promoting privacy-protecting networks: fw: [ PFIR ] UK gov wants 'unsavoury' web content censored

A thought re promotion of tor: if censorship goes into full swing in
certain (I'm thinking "western") nations, then eg a specific
"unsavoury" (libre) book, if one exists in the context of a particular
"unsavoury content filter" could be widely published for download on
many relatively mainstream websites - at least by those who wish to
promote awareness of the existence of the censorship - and this may
have a popularity-promoting effect on tor.
