Here's a quick post with images of Orbot running on a 7" Android tablet:

This is a wifi-only device so it may be a better option for a truly secured Android solution, than something with a closed-source Qualcomm chipset in it.

I plan to do a tear down of this hardware soon to see just what is making it tick.
