[tor-talk] Socks error

Hi List,
 if accessing a particular site via a particular family of exit nodes
 results in Privoxy error 'SOCKS error: TTL expired', but the site works
 with other exits and the family of exits works with other sites, where
 does the problem lie? What exactly does this error mean?
