small change to machine-readable exit.pl output format

I modified the text-only output of the exit.pl script to include the
country code when sortbw=1.  This changes the output format slightly.
You can see the new output here:

Please let me know if this causes problems for you, so that I can
accomodate the needs of your automated scripts.
