the reasons Roger mentioned, and also to have people physically
presenting their experience in Hamburg.

I guess it's already late to organize such a talk, but recording the
testimonies on video might be better than having a number of people on
stage.  If it's not doable for 31c3, the idea can be recycled for
another event, and even used on the Tor website.
