Thanks to vidalia team.  Ticket #143 is now closed by the issuer.  Strange
behaviour which was plaguing 0.6 and 0.7 is now completely fixed on XP SP2.


News:

After blacklisting server inap1, no more dreaded dns redirections.  Thanks
for those who participated in this.
