Re: How to strictly exclude exit nodes?

I have tried StrictExitNodes 1, but the warn still pop up, which means
that option does not work the way I want. Tor still have the chance to
select an exit node which is in the CIDR range of ExcludeExitNodes
settings. There is really need for Exclude[Exit]Nodes be stricted.
