PFile commit

* (PFile-Doc) Added some more text to the VFS section
* (PFile) Fixed some minor attribute handling issue in PakDirectory
* (PFile) Fixed the problems URLInfo::GetLastPart () had with trailing slashes. Changed some of the comments to doxygen style while I was at it.
* (PFile) Fixed a bug in URLInfo::GetLastPart () that made it fail on Win32 systems
* (PFile) Fixed another bug in URLInfo::GetLastPart (). That thing would have failed in so many situations... Now it's a bit fat though...
