Those directly involve PyGame.  This is more like Microsoft coming on
here and inviting us to a Games For Windows competition.  Sure,
something made with PyGame can be entered, but the contest doesn't
really concern PyGame, so why is it on our mailing list?

Just an FYI. LudumDare directly involves C++, SDL, and pretty much any language/tool you can think of (I think even GameMaker is allowed).

But I do see what you mean :-)
