Merely being "podsafe" is not a sufficiently free license for GPL-style
distribution (it still has quite a few restrictions, and games aren't
"podcasts"). I don't see any way to refine searches on the site by
license terms.
ccMixter and Archive.org both have ways that you can do that (though
it's a little harder on Archive.org, because you just have to do a
keyword search to catch license names that you're interested in).
