[pygame] ANNOUNCE: Pygame.ui 0.2

I would like to share with you few pieces of code.

Pygame.ui is simple widget system which can be easily plugged into your 
project written in Python + Pygame. Library is written with performance in 
mind - this does not mean that it is super fast, but it tries to do as few 
operations as possible.

The library itself is part of a bigger project and thus constantly 
evolving, but I consider it usefull enough for others to publish it as a 
standalone package. Pygame.ui contains only widgets I've needed so far - 
buttons, labels, entries, listboxes, button arrays, sliders, tooltips and 
scrollbars.
