Are you writing that creating the above features are impossible or
virtually impossible with HylaFAX?
If you take a look to the faxstat man you can see all the possible
fields you can put in the views. I didn't find any suitable for Subject
field.
It would be nice if we could use the JobTag field since it's already
filled with the subject contents, but I don't think it's possible.

Or, are you writing that the features in #4 above do not exist with
HylaFAX, but are provided with TSCM?
TSCM is a sort of abstraction layer which let you associate any kind of
information to a job, this is one of the reason I wrote it.
