[school-core] Contact form emails

I've updated the contact form email setup so that the form entry is
emailed to you and info@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx  I'm also feeling that it's
safe to turn off the mailing list subscription auto-gen emails we are
getting - still something to keep an eye on (the registrations in the
info@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx) mailbox.  If you would like to continue
recieving the discuss-list emails I will show you how to configure
that.
