Matt,

I was thinking about this and have spoken with Heather.  Basically
the 562 for surrendering would be partially the surrender fee, and
some of the legal expenses they had after your conversation.
Basically either way will cost you about 600.

I would like to further discuss this with you, however, whenever I
send you an email or respond to yours the email bouces back to me.
It looks like you have me in some kind of SPAM filter.  You might
check and see.

They haven;t sold anything to Tokyo as far as I know.  Now, have you
filed for non-profit status?  That could give you a little leverage.
