Freeduc-cd release 1.3 is out!

Change Log follow:

* Dictd server with megabyte of dictionaries installed locally;

* Gnome-dictionary and dict client point to the local dictionary server;

* Galeon used as the default web browser;

* Fully working WIMS, graphic was not functional In earlier
installation. Thanks to Georges Khaznadar to its contribution;

* Add smbclient so xfsamba works correctly;

* Remove KNOPPIX OpenOffice package and replace it by the official
  Debian one (v. 1.0.2). Add german, english_us, spanish, french,
  italian and portuguese language packages for openoffice.org;

* Within XFCE, set the floppy disk access point at the right place;

* General packages update.
