I have never, personally, implemented an all encompassing math program 
on Linux. Mostly individual programs that cover different areas 
(Geometry, algebra, etc.) However, Seul/Edu has a great list of Math 
tools for this sort of thing, and there may be one that would be a good 
fit. I have heard good things about MathAid, and Multiplication Station 
though.
